CROSSFIT TRANSITION/LONGEVITY

WE ARE VERY EXCITED ABOUT THIS PROGRAM. IT’S NOT DESIGNED FOR ANY SPECIFIC AGE GROUP OR ABILITY LEVEL. THE CLASS IS RAN AT A SLOWER PACE THAN THE REGULAR WOD. IT’S FOCUS WILL BE ON MOBILITY AND FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT OVER INTENSITY AND LOADING. THIS CLASS WILL BE RAN BY A CERTIFIED CROSSFIT INSTRUCTOR WHO CAN MODIFY ANY WOD TO ANY ABILITY LEVEL. IF YOUR NOT COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE COMING OUT OF FOUNDATIONS CLASS THIS MAY ALSO BE A GREAT PLACE TO START!! MAYBE YOU ARE RECOVERING FROM INJURY, PREGNANCY, ETC. THIS IS NOT AN “AGE” CLASS. THE ONLY THING SEPARATING THIS CLASS FROM THE REGULAR UPFRONT CLASS IS THE PACE AND LOADING (SAME WORKOUT JUST USING MODIFICATIONS IF NEEDED)

OUR GOAL FOR THIS CLASS IS TO IMPROVE THE OVERALL FITNESS, FLEXIBILITY, MOBILITY, AND MUSCLE STRENGTH/ENDURANCE OF OUR MEMBERS.

COUPLE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CLASS:

-ZERO REASON FOR INTIMIDATION.

-EVERY REASON TO COME OUT AND GET FIT IN A GREAT ENVIRONMENT WITH GREAT COACHING!

-IF YOU WANT THE SLOWER PACE BUT STILL WANT TO BE PUSHED TO BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF, THIS IS STILL THE CLASS FOR YOU.

– (3 DAYS PER  WEEK: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY FROM 4:45-5:45)

PRICING:

SINGLE: $78 PER MONTH

COUPLES RATE: $145 PER MONTH
