CROSSFIT LONGEVITY (MARCH 1ST)

WE ARE VERY EXCITED ABOUT THIS PROGRAM. IT’S NOT DESIGNED FOR ANY SPECIFIC AGE GROUP OR ABILITY LEVEL. THE CLASS IS RAN AT A SLOWER PACE THAN THE REGULAR WOD. IT’S FOCUS WILL BE ON MOBILITY AND FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT OVER INTENSITY AND LOADING. THIS CLASS WILL BE RAN BY A CERTIFIED CROSSFIT INSTRUCTOR WHO CAN MODIFY ANY WOD TO ANY ABILITY LEVEL.

OUR GOAL FOR THIS CLASS IS TO IMPROVE THE OVERALL FITNESS, FLEXIBILITY, MOBILITY, AND MUSCLE STRENGTH/ENDURANCE OF OUR MEMBERS.

COUPLE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CLASS:

-ZERO REASON FOR INTIMIDATION.

-EVERY REASON TO COME OUT AND GET FIT IN A GREAT ENVIRONMENT WITH GREAT COACHING!

-IF YOU WANT THE SLOWER PACE BUT STILL WANT TO BE PUSHED TO BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF, THIS IS STILL THE CLASS FOR YOU.

-CLASS WILL START MARCH 1ST, 2017. (3 DAYS PER  WEEK: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY FROM 4:45-5:45)
