200 M Run

400 M Run

1 LAP RUN

*ONLY 1 RUNS AT A TIME CLAP OFF RELAY STYLE UNTIL ALL 3 ROUNDS ARE COMPLETE.

*Each person runs each run

POSSIBLE SCALES:

100, 200, 400

OR

ROW 200 400 550
