10 Front Squats w/ empty barbell

10 Single Arm Dumbbell Strict Press

Squat Clean (1×1)

Squat Clean (20 Minutes)

*Work up to a heavy single for the day! Not necessarily a new max or PR.

Should have at least 4 working singles

Metcon (Time)

7 Rounds for Time:

7 Front Squats(95/155) (125/185)

7 HSPU(Strict Handstand Push Ups)

7 Box Jumps (24/30)

Time Cap = 20 Minutes

*The front squats are from the floor. They should be a solid working weight but unbroken! The scale for Strict HSPU is a double dumbbell strict press. Box Jumps should be on the higher side. Reset at the bottom of each jump.
