15 Kettlebell Swings (light)

10 Leg Swings Each Leg

For Time, With a Partner:

1 Mile Run (Together)

50 Bench Press (115/185)

100 Kettlebell Swings (53/70)

50 Bench Press (115/185)

1 Mile Run (Together)

*This is a partner workout! I recommended picking a weight on the bench press where you can at least hold sets of 5! I also recommended going sets of 10 back and forth on the kettlebell swings. Run together. Break up the rest of the work so only one person is working at a time.
