With Remaining Time, AMRAP:

*Alternate on the machine however you wish. One person at a time. After you complete the 3,000m, you will complete as many rounds as possible of the 9-6-3. YOU

will do a full round while your partner rests, and then YOUR PARTNER will do a whole round while you rest!
