*These should be fairly heavy today.
Push Jerk (85/125)(115/155) and Burpees
*Every minute add one rep to each movement. On minute 1, do 1 push jerk and 1 burpee. Minute two do 2 push jerks and 2 burpees, etc. until the clock catches you! Pick a weight on the push jerks that you can stay unbroken for as long as you can! The push jerks are from the floor!
