SUMMER SCHEDULE

Starting tomorrow our summer schedule starts:

Mon-fri: 5:30 am and 7:30 am

Mon, Wed, and Fri 9:00 am

Regular schedule for afternoon

Warm-up

400m Run

Then, With an empty barbell:

10 Snatch Grip Push Press

10 Overhead Squats

10 Muscle Snatch

10 High Hang Snatch

10 Snatch

Snatch (3-2-1-1-1)

Snatch (20 Minutes)

3-2-1-1-1

*Work up to a heavy single for the day! These should be full snatches. Other possible option

Powersnatch to overhead squat

Or powersnatch to front squat

Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds for Time:

12/15 Calorie Row

12 Toes to Bar

10 Overhead Squats (65/95)(95/135)

Time Cap = 20 Minutes

*Pick a weight on the OHS so that you can go unbroken. They should be a tad on the heavier side, but still unbroken.

Scaling Options:

Toes to Bar – Knees to Chest – V-Ups – Sit Ups

BRADY’S BIRTHDAY PARTY!

I know Brady’s been having fun today texting!!!! But his party will be at the gym Saturday, June 15th at 5:00 pm

We will have cake and ice cream so come a little hungry.
