10 pvc Pass thrus

Bench Press (4×8)

Bench Press (20-25 Minutes)

* Add weight each set of 8!

4 Rounds for Time:

400m Run

6 Burpee pullups (3 Burpee Muscle Ups)

*The scale for the burpee muscle ups is 6 Burpee Pull Ups. Jump into the pull up if needed. If hands are jacked just do jumping bar touches.

Scaling Options:

3 Burpee Muscle Ups -6 Burpee Pull Ups- 6 Burpee bar touches
