10 Single Leg Step Ups

:30 Squat Hold Holding 10-25# Plate

Back Squat

Back Squat (20 Minutes)

4 x 6 Reps @ 70% of 1RM

*Warm up and then complete 4 sets all at the same weight. Hit these between the 65-75% range depending on how you feel today.

For Time:

60/80 (80/100 Calorie Row)

60 (80 Wall Ball (14/20)

40 (60 Ab Mat Sit Ups)

20 (40 Box Jump Overs (20/24)

100’ Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge (50/70)

Time Cap = 20 Minutes

*Use one dumbbell or kettlebell for the walking lunge.
