10 Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts (each Leg)(1 Kettlebell)

50’ Walking Lunge

15 PVC pads thrus

Deadlift

Deadlift (20 Minutes)

3 x 1 @ 80% of 1RM

*Just build some confidence in your deadlift here. Work up to 80% and hit 3 singles here. Rest about a minute between each set.

5 Rounds for Time:

5 Deadlifts (165/275)(205/315)

200 meter run

20 abmat sit-ups

*The deadlifts should be heavy! A little strength work within the workout today.
