5 Rounds:

10 Alternating Arm Dumbbell Snatch (35/55)(50/70)

20 Burpees

4 Rounds:

20 Box Jumps (20/24)

20 Pull Ups

3 Rounds:

25/30 Calorie Row

60 Wall Ball (14/20)

Time Cap = 35 Minutes

*One person working at a time. Go through all 5 rounds, then the 4 round workout, then the 3 round workout. No rest between workouts. Break up reps with your partner as needed.

Scaling Options:

Pull Ups – Jumping or Banded Pull Ups – Inverted or Ring Rows
