-Side Lunge

-Pause Air Squats

-Side Shuffle

-High Knees

-Butt Kicks

10 Rounds for Time:

250 Meter Row

15 Air Squats

Rest

*Do this workout in a team of 3! Alternate in a team of 3 on the row. These should be tough sprints. 15 “recovery” Air Squats after each bike. Rest until it’s your turn on the row again!
