1:00 on a Machine

15 Pass thrus

10 Push Ups

5 Strict Pull Ups

Shoulder Press

10 Minute EMOM:

1 Strict Press @ 80% of 1RM

3- 5 Strict Pull Ups

*Do the strict press AND the pull ups in the same minute! Focus on holding a good position in the press. Don’t arch your back to get the weight up! Use a band if needed for the pull ups.

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds for Time:

15 Push Press (65/95)

15 Bar Facing Burpees

*can step over bar on burpee

*Rest until the 10:00 mark and then REPEAT!

*This is 6 rounds total. After your first 3 rounds, rest until 10:00. I really recommend picking a weight you can go unbroken on the push press
