25’ Walking Hip Stretch (drive hip to ground)

Back Squat

Back Squat (20-25 Minutes)

3×5 @ 75% of 1RM

*Shooting for the 70-80% range today for all sets. You can increase weight a little each set if you wish. 3 good sets!

400m Run
15 Overhead Squats, 95# / 65#
