500’ Shuttle Run

15 Kettlebell Swings (53/70)

Rest 1:30

*Alternate in a team of 3 on the rower! The shuttle is 10x 50’. Waterfall the start. The faster you run and KBS, the more rest you will have until you’re back on the row again.
