Warm-up

3 Rounds:

10 Calorie Bike

10 Kip Swings

10 Push Ups

-Stretch as a class-Line Drills

Bar muscle ups (10-(1-5))

10 Minute EMOM:

5 Muscle Ups

*Work on muscle ups or elements of a muscle up. 1 set of muscle ups each minute between 1-5 reps! If you don’t have muscle ups you are doing 5 strict pull ups and 5 strict dips using a band as needed. The focus today is quality movement and range of motion.

Metcon (Time)

With a Partner for Time:

200×8 (alternating 200s)(4 each)

100 Deadlifts (155/225)

100 Burpees

*Try to alternate in sets of 10 cals on the bike and either sets of 5 or 10 on the other two movements. Nothing too technical today, just work!
