Should be a little heavier than last weeks 6’s

Kettlebell Swings (35/53)(53/70)

Handstand Push Ups

Toes to Bar

Then,

100 Double Unders

Time Cap = 25 Minutes

*Start and finish the workout with 100 Double Unders. Try to do the Kettlebell Swings in one set.
