10 Air Squats

10 Push Ups

10 Pull Ups

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In a Team of 3, 25 Minute AMRAP:

Partner 1: Max Meters on a Machine

Partner 2: 12 Shoulder to Overhead 65/95

​​12 Kettlebell Swings (35/56)

​​12 Weighted sit-ups (25/35)

Partner 3: Rest

*You goal is to complete max meters on your machine in the 25 minutes! Pick a weight for the S2O and the KBS so that you can go unbroken for both of those movements!
