2 Hang Squat Cleans(105/175) (135/205)

2 Bar Muscle Ups

8 Hand Release Push Ups

*20 Minute Time Cap

*The hang squat cleans must be 2 unbroken reps. Do Not drop the bar between reps. These should be relatively quick rounds with some good strength work built in.
