1 Thruster (95/135)

2 Squat Clean (95/135)

3 Overhead Squat (95/135)

4 Power Snatch (95/135)

5 Clean and Jerk (95/135)

6 Deadlifts (95/135)

7 Burpees

8 Box Jumps (20/24)

9 Toes to Bar

10 Kettlebell Swings (53/70)

11 Wall ball (14/20)

12 Muscle Ups

*This workout is with a partner. The beginning starts with a good amount of barbell work and then transitions to bodyweight/ gymnastics. This makes for some good barbell complexes depending on how teams chose to break it up! The sub for Muscle ups is 24 Chest to Bar Pull Ups. Pick a weight on the barbell that you can do all movements with! You shouldn’t have to change weight every round. Each round add a movement. So, its 1 Thruster. Then round 2 is 2 Squat Cleans, 1 Thruster, etc.
