10 Single Leg Deadlifts (1x Kettlebell)

5 Inchworms + 2 Air Squats + 2 Push Ups

Deadlift (3×3)

Deadlift (20 Minutes):

3×3 @ 90% of 1RM

*Get some volume in your warm up sets to make sure you are plenty warm to lift heavy!

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Sets

2 Minute AMRAP:

12/15 Calorie Row

10 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans (35/50s)

Max Reps Double Unders with remaining time

1 Minute Rest

*Your score is your total number of double unders. 3 Single Unders = 1 Double Under. Pick a weight on the dumbbell hang squat cleans so that you can do them in one set.
