Snatch (25 Minutes)

1 Rep Max

*Test day! Work up to a max for the day. Let’s see if you can hit a new PR!

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Minute AMRAP:

1 Power Snatch (75% of today’s 1RM Snatch)

10 Toes to Bar

10 Push Ups

*These should be fast rounds. The snatch should be moderately heavy.

Scaling Options:

10 Toes to Bar – 10 Knees to Chest – 10 V-Ups – 10 Sit Ups
