CrossFit Fannin – CrossFit

GREAT OPPORTUNITY

ADAPTIVE TRAINING HAS BEEN A PASSION OF MINE FOR QUITE A WHILE NOW. I HAVE HAD THIS VISION IN MY MIND SINCE OPENING AND I WANTED TO SHARE SOME THOUGHTS WITH YOU GUYS. OUR GYM COMMUNITY IS SPECIAL.

HERE ARE THE TWO BIG THINGS ON MY HEART AND MIND:

1. WE WOULD LIKE TO START A “BUDDY” SYSTEM FOR OUR ADAPTIVE ATHLETES. SOMEONE WHO WOULD BE WILLING TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THESE ATHLETES AND DEVELOP A GOOD TRUSTING RELATIONSHIP. OF COURSE WE COULD SWITCH UP FROM TIME OR TIME AND HAVE PLENTY OF BACK UPS ETC. SOME ATHLETES MAY NEED 1 OR POSSIBLY 2 PEOPLE. I ALREADY HAVE SEVERAL PEOPLE ON THE LIST.

2. A SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM!!! I HAVE HAD MEMBERS MENTION THIS BEFORE AND I THINK IT’S A WONDERFUL IDEA. THIS WOULD INVOLVE KIDS(ANY CHILD) WHO WOULD LOVE TO COME BUT FINANCE MAY BE AN ISSUE. IF THIS IS SOMETHING YOUR INTERESTED IN JUST LET ME KNOW AND IF THE SITUATION ARISES I WOULD JUST CONTACT YOU WITH THE INFO.

10 AIR SQUATS

10 HOLLOW ROCKS

Front Squat (4X3)

4X3 @ 75 % OF 1 RM

SHOULD BE CHALLENGING BUT SHOULD BE ABLE TO HOLD GREAT POSITIONS THROUGHOUT.
