Warm-up

100 meter Run

15 Push Ups

100 meter run

15 Air Squats

100 meter run

15 PVC pass thrus

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a Partner:

10 Minute AMRAP:

Partner 1: 100 meter run

Partner 2: 9 Wall Balls (14/20)

Once both are compete you switch

Once both complete each you mark a round!!

REST 5 MINUTES THEN…

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Minute AMRAP:

Partner 1: 6 Single Arm Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk (each arm)

Partner 2: 15 weighted sit-ups (25/35)

*you pick load on pc but suggested 35/55 but pick a weight you can move unbroken!!!!
