With a Partner:
1. Death by Clean and Jerks (135/95#)
2. 1 Mile Run (Together)
3. Death by Burpees
*The “Death By” workout is done with your partner. Start at 2 reps on the first minute and add 2 reps every minute after. It’s 2 reps total, so that would be 1 rep each. Only 1 person may work at a time. Once a team fails to get the number of reps done in the minute for the clean and jerks, they immediately start their 1-mile run. Run with your partner. On the next minute mark after the mile, start death by burpees. Start at 2 reps on the frst minute and add 2 reps every minute. The workout is finished when the team fails to complete the number of reps in that allotted minute.
