For Time:

150’ Walking Lunge

100 Air Squats

50 Toes to Bar

50 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press (35/55)(50/70)*divide however you want.

*Every minute on the minute, including the first minute, complete 3 burpees before continuing to work!

Scales:

Toes to bar -knees to chest-sit-ups

Push press-loads

Burpees:3-2-1 * knock them out quickly and get to work
