* everyone completes 5 rounds but the run moves to the muscle up then the muscle up moves to rest and rest moves to run. You can’t advance until the person in front of you has completed their reps!

7 muscle ups- 14 ctb pullups-14 pullups-14 jumping pull-ups-14 challenging ring rows
