Bench Press (10-10-10)

*DO 5 CHALLENGING RING ROW AFTER EACH SET. (CAN ALSO PUT FEET ON BOX FOR SUPINE RING ROWS)

NOT A MAX SET ON BENCH PRESS BUT A GOOD WORKING WEIGHT. TRY AROUND 70% ACROSS ALL SETS.
