For Time, In a Team of 3:

120 Deadlifts (155/245)

180 Burpee Box Jumps (20/24)

3 Mile Run

One person always working, two people resting. Alternate in sets of 10 for the deadlifts and box jumps. Pick a weight on the deadlift that you can do unbroken sets. Alternate 200’s on the runs for 8 runs each person. You get rest so that you can go hard on the runs! Really try to push your pace outside of your comfort zone.
