For time with a partner alternating full rounds of:

5 rounds each of:

-100 meter run

-10 Db powersnatch (35/50)(50/70)

Then immediately into

5 rounds each of:

100 meter run

10 toes to bar


Row 200 meters

Db lighter loads

Ttb- knees to chest-toes to kb

In reality it’s 10 rounds each section but each partner does 5
