200 METER RUN
Teams of 2 complete the following for time:
3 rounds of:
200 M Run
400 M Run
1 LAP RUN
*ONLY 1 RUNS AT A TIME CLAP OFF RELAY STYLE UNTIL ALL 3 ROUNDS ARE COMPLETE.
*Each person runs each run

Don’t say “I can’t do it”, or “I’m not good enough” both are crazy.
If your interested just put your name on the whiteboard at the gym. If you don’t have a “team” then we can make teams with people who sign up.
Once you have a team then you would officially register on their website. It will be super fun and the wods are good.
The teams (4 people) can be all male, all female, or 2/2. But you
have to be all different decades or different Roman numerals in age .
