Brady wanted to invite everyone to his birthday party Saturday at 4 at the gym. Very casual just cake and ice cream

Warm-up

3:00 on a Machine (Bike or Row)

20 Air Squats

10 Reps Worlds Greatest Stretch

Back Squat (4×4)

Go at least 2 sets at 80% but if you have all 4 sets even better..

* always change rep sequence in wodify if your sets arent same numbers like enter 2×4 for example

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time of:

25 one arm alt db powersnatch (35/50)

25 wall balls (14/20)

25 abmat sit-ups

*when you finish accumulate 6-8 rope climbs

( not included on time)
