With a partner complete for time:

20 Pullups

20 CTB pullups

20 Bar muscle ups

100 dumbbell box step overs (20/24) (35/55) (50/70)

*should be able to do min of 5 each set. Don’t have to open hips.

*divide reps however you want only 1 person working at a time.


Pullups-jumping or light band

Ctb-banded or light band

bar muscle ups- low bar (get out of the pools)-dips

box step overs-can lower the box height and load
