As a class shouldn’t be super heavy just working on positions

Going from ground to powerclean then good technique front squat

10 Hspu ( Strict Handstand Push Ups)

10 Squat Cleans (105/155)

*rest 90 secs after each round

Thinking about 2 mins per round

Should be around 15 minutes
