*THERE IS NO TIME COMPONENT HERE. TAKE THIS TIME TO TIGHTEN UP YOUR GYMNASTICS MOVEMENTS. USE YOUR PROGRESSIONS WELL. WORK ON STRINGING TOGETHER TOES TO BAR OR KNEES TO CHEST NO DOUBLE KIPS….
