*COME STRAIGHT OFF ROWER PICK UP THE BARBELL WANTING TO WORK ON HOLDING A GOOD POSITION WITH HEAVY BAR OVERHEAD. CONCENTRATING ON BEING ACTIVE.

USE A LOAD YOU CAN GET OVERHEAD BUT SHOULD BE A CHALLENGING WEIGHT.
