30 MINUTE AMRAP WITH A PARTNER OF:

2,000 METER ROW OR 1 MILE RUN

200 AIR SQUATS

100 KB SWINGS (35/53)

*ONE PERSON WORKS AT A TIME EXCEPT ON THE MILE. YOU CAN PICK RUN OR ROW BUT THE SECOND ROUND THROUGH YOU MUST CHOOSE THE OPPOSITE ONE.

couple things for tomorrow

1. You will not be doing a million reps. This is skill training and technique works not reps. We will also be doing a lot of spotting. So don’t worry about your hands.
