If you have been assigned a heat your good to go. If you can’t make it let me know by friday am so I won’t put you in a heat. If you want to participate in the WOD but haven’t done one yet that’s ok you can still sign up for a heat (Just let me know)

-Crystal will go over standards 10 minutes prior to your heat.

20 Minute amrap of:
-Partner 1 : Row 500 Meters
-10 weighted situps (25/45)
-10 Hang powerclean (55/75) *should be light
-10 mountain climbers
*Once partner 1 finishes they pick up where Partner 2 is; score is total rounds and reps btw both partners
