Get a set of max reps on pullups or a challenging pull-up modification.
May take a couple sets no more than 3 to get get your set of max consecutive pullups
Alternating with a partner to complete full rounds for 15 minutes of:
-10 wall balls (14/20) (20/30)
-150 meter run
-10 deadlifts (95/135)(125/185)
