-make sure depth.

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

4 rounds each for time of:

-Row 300 meters

-10 pullups

-15 kb swings (35/53)

*rest several minutes btw rounds. Should be rested and have consistent rounds.

*pullup- regular modifications

kb-lighter loads really use hips think jump here.
