21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of:

-1 arm db powersnatch (35/55)

-ab mat situps

– wall balls (14/20)

Modifications:

Scale weight on db – scale up if going rxd and there isnt that load

Otherwise scale down

Scale loads on wall balls

-DB IS ALWAYS ALTERNATING REPS RIGHT LEFT
