Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner going I go/you go for 16 minutes to complete rounds of:

-5 burpee over bar

-10 box jumps (20/24)

-15 wall balls (14/20)

* both people do each movement for example:

I do 5 burpees my partner does 5

I do 10 box jumps my partner does 10

I do 15 wall balls my partner does 15

Round 1 complete

If you complete 4 Rounds then both completed burpees then score would be 4 rounds 10 reps

Bench Press (3 x max reps)

3 sets of max reps at 75-80% of 1 rm
