-Nose to walls x 20 seconds ( handstand hold)(hold off box- with butt as high as possible)

-8-10 supine ring rows with heels on box (really challenging ring row)

–8-10 candlesticks

Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 rounds each for time of:

-500/600 meter row

-50 double unders (+=100)

-200 unbroken farmers carry (35/53)-can use kb or db

-enter each rounds time individually

– choose weight you can go unbroken on otherwise you have to start that 200 over
