– see if you can complete to cycle….If you break you must begin at 0 for that set. For example. Your successful at 15-25 but break on 34 of 35 you must start 35 back at 0.

If DU are new then use 5-10-15-20-15-10-5 or 3-6-9-12-9-6-3

With a partner completing full rounds of an 18 minute amrap of:

-100 meter run

-6 back squats (55/85) (85/125)

-10 kb swings (35/53)

*each person complete full round before switching off.
