** EACH TEAM WILL HAVE 2 PLATES THAT CAN’T BE SIT DOWN ONCE WOD STARTS. 20 BURPEE PENALTY PER DROP OR SIT DOWN)

***DIVIDE WOD UP HOWEVER YOU WANT AS WELL AS PLATE HOLDS.
