Power Clean (4 x 3)

4 sets of 3 reps completed every 2 minutes at 80-85%. Should be challenging.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 minute amrap of:

-50 double unders

-8 handstand pushups

– 10 double kb front squats (35s/53s)

*singles -150

* hspu- extra plate 45 max, from box, or standing shoulder press

*lighter kb’s for squats
