8 minute warmup to work to 80%+. Get as heavy as can maintain today. Then 1 rep every 30 seconds for 6 minutes. (same weight across all sets. )
Death by Powerclean and Jerk:
-Minute 1: perform 1 powerclean and jerk
-Minute 2: perform 2 powerclean and jerk
-Minute 3: perform 3 powerclean and jerk
and so on until you can longer complete that number of reps in that minute. Capitalize on early minutes gets tricky around minute 7/8 .
