CrossFit Kids summer session starts at 8:15 am.

Power Clean (1 x 12)

8 minute warmup to work to 80%+. Get as heavy as can maintain today. Then 1 rep every 30 seconds for 6 minutes. (same weight across all sets. )

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Death by Powerclean and Jerk:

-Minute 1: perform 1 powerclean and jerk

-Minute 2: perform 2 powerclean and jerk

-Minute 3: perform 3 powerclean and jerk

and so on until you can longer complete that number of reps in that minute. Capitalize on early minutes gets tricky around minute 7/8 .

rx= 65/95

rx+= 95/135

*scoring as rounds and reps.

for example:

you complete minute 8 then get 7 reps into minute 9 but didn’t complete minute 9 score would = 8 rounds 7 reps.
