-100 METER RUN

-5 BOX JUMPS (20/24)

-7 OHS (65/95)

*EACH PERSON COMPLETES FULL ROUND THEN SWITCHES OFF TO PARTNER.

*OHS WILL BE SUPER LIGHT OR TURN INTO A POWERCLEAN TO FRONT SQUAT
