-10 HANG POWERCLEAN (65/95)(85/115)

-20 AIR SQUATS

REST 5 MINUTES BTW. AMRAPS.

-SCORING EACH SET REPS ONLY AND ONLY RUNNING THE 400 AT THE START FROM THERE AMRAP IN 10 HPC AND 20 AIR SQUATS

CASH-OUT

BENCH PRESS 3 X MAX REPS @ 80 % OF 1RM.
