-20 ABMAT SITUPS

-MAX BURPEE PULLUPS IN TIME REMAINING.

REST AT LEAST 4 MINUTES BTW ROUNDS.

SUBS:

TEENS ROW WILL BE A 200 METER RUN.

PULLUP- ALL MODIFICATIONS APPLY. SHORT BAR OR JUMPING PULLUPS OR RING ROWS.
